This Privacy Policy describes how Simple Notes ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Simple Notes does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us or to any third party. All notes and data you create within the app (titles, content, colors, timestamps) are stored locally on your device only, using Android's local storage (SharedPreferences).

We do not have access to your notes. We do not operate any server that receives or stores your data.

2. Permissions

Simple Notes does not require internet access, location access, camera access, contacts access, or any other sensitive device permission to function.

3. Data Sharing

Since no data is collected or transmitted by the app, we do not share, sell, or disclose any user data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

All notes are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, all notes are permanently deleted from your device along with the app. You can also delete individual notes or clear all notes at any time from within the app itself.

5. Children's Privacy

Simple Notes does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13, as the app does not collect any data at all.

6. Third-Party Services

Simple Notes does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
